About the role We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Junior B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Estonia. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings with potential clients.
Principal duties and responsibilities You may already have some experience in sales outreach, such as working with consumers or small businesses through phone or face-to-face interactions. Alternatively, you might be a student seeking your first experience in the world of B2B sales. In either case, we believe you are curious, eager to learn, and driven to grow into a full-cycle sales professional. Our expectations:
- Fluency in Estonian and working proficiency in English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Apositive, high-energy attitude with a strong drive to succeed.
- A university degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Last-year students are welcome to apply.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the fintech industry.
- Experience in a sales role is an advantage but not required.
- Comfort with digital tools and the ability to work in a remote setting.
