About the role We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Junior Business Developer (B2B) in Lithuania. As a member of the Sales team, you will be responsible for expanding ArcaPay's client base. You will play a crucial role in driving our B2B business growth by generating leads, qualifying prospects, setting up meetings with potential clients and assisting with on-boarding.
What we are looking for You may already have some experience in sales outreach, such as working with consumers or small businesses through phone or face-to-face interactions. Alternatively, you might be a student seeking your first experience in the world of B2B sales. In either case, we believe you are curious, eager to learn, and driven to grow into a full-cycle sales professional. Our expectations:
- Fluency in Lithuanian and working proficiency in English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Apositive, high-energy attitude with a strong drive to succeed.
- A university degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Last-year students are welcome to apply.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the fintech industry.
- Experience in a sales role is an advantage but not required.
- Interest in and basic knowledge of finance and/or economics.
- Comfort with digital tools and the ability to work in a remote setting.
